Almond paste – 1 tsp

Wheat Germ Oil – 1 tsp

Cashew paste – 1 tsp

Besan – 1 tsp

Pistachio paste – 1 tsp

Masoor dal paste – 1/4 cup

Cream – 1 tsp

Rose water – 1 tsp

How to make Ubtan

To prepare this ubtan, mix all the ingredients well. Now apply it all over your body. After that leave it for about 30 minutes. Afterwards scrub your body. Using this ubtan twice a week will keep your skin glowing. Also it can moisturize the skin.

2. Rubbish of Neem and Besan

Neem Powder – 1 tsp

Besan – 3 tsp

Sandalwood powder – 2 tsp

Turmeric – pinch

3. Turmeric and Besan
