She has worked for London Weekend Television (LWT) where she produced and directed shows which include Ibiza Uncovered, Dinner Dates, and Baby School.
She became the head of entertainment and factual of Sky1 where she commissioned several shows which include Temptation Island, Vegas Uncovered, The Villa, and Single Girls. Later in January 2002, she moved to September Films and there she became head of programming. After that, she moved to the Los Angeles Office of the company and there she became executive vice president of programming and development.
